Terms of Service

These terms cover use of Qamrah Digital websites, apps, invite pages, messaging, RSVP, guest management, check-in, support, and paid features.

Last updated: July 6, 2026

Please read these terms carefully. Qamrah is evolving, and these terms may be updated as the product, providers, pricing, or legal requirements change. For legal or support requests, contact support@qamrah.co.

Using Qamrah

Qamrah is an event invitation and guest management service for hosts, co-hosts, and invitees. You may use Qamrah only for lawful event planning, invitations, RSVP, guest management, check-in, and related hosting activities.

Accounts and verification

Some features require an account, verified phone number, OTP, or other authentication method. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity that happens through your account. We may restrict, suspend, or refuse access if we believe the service is being misused, used unlawfully, or creating security, payment, provider, or platform risk.

Contacts and messages

You are responsible for the contacts you add and the invitations you send. You must only upload or enter contact details when you have a lawful and appropriate reason to do so, and you must not use Qamrah for spam, harassment, misleading messages, unlawful events, or contacting people who should not reasonably receive your invitation.

Host and co-host roles

The host owns the event record and controls event details and the shared invite page. A host may assign message credits and invite pools to co-hosts. Co-hosts may manage only the invites, responses, delivery failures, and credits assigned to them. Co-hosts may not edit event details or the shared invite page unless Qamrah later provides that permission.

Invite pages and user content

You are responsible for event details, uploaded media, guest names, notes, invite text, and other content you add. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded content. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Qamrah Digital a limited license to host, store, process, display, transmit, format, and adapt that content as needed to operate Qamrah and provide the features you use.

Messaging, RSVP, and delivery

Qamrah helps send and track invitations, but we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered, opened, read, or answered. Delivery status depends on the recipient's number, device, messaging provider, carrier, WhatsApp/SMS rules, and other factors outside our control. Delivery status and RSVP status are separate. A delivered message does not mean a guest has accepted.

QR check-in

QR check-in is an operational aid for event arrival. It depends on device availability, network conditions, staff scanning, and event operations. It is not a security guarantee, and hosts or venue staff remain responsible for admission decisions.

Payments and message credits

Classic invite pages are free. Premium invite pages may have a fixed price. Message credits are separate and are used for platform-sent invite messages. Credits become available only after successful payment confirmation. If a provider delivery failure qualifies for credit restoration under Qamrah's product rules, the spendable credit balance may be restored. Credits are not cash and may not be transferred outside Qamrah.

Refunds and cancellations

Paid purchases are generally final once the related service has been unlocked, rendered, sent, or used. If a payment error, duplicate charge, failed fulfillment, or provider-confirmed delivery failure occurs, contact support and we will review the case according to applicable law and the product rules shown at purchase.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services such as messaging providers, payment processors, hosting providers, app stores, maps, calendars, analytics, and support tools. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy notices, fees, availability limits, and technical restrictions. Qamrah Digital is not responsible for third-party service failures outside our reasonable control.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Qamrah, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the platform, reverse engineer the software, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, violate privacy rights, or use Qamrah in a way that harms guests, hosts, co-hosts, providers, or Qamrah Digital.

Changes and availability

Qamrah is evolving. Features, channels, pricing, packages, templates, and availability may change. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features to improve the service, meet provider requirements, comply with law, or protect users and the platform.

Ownership

The Qamrah name, Qamrah Digital name, software, templates, interface, renderer kits, designs, documentation, and platform technology belong to Qamrah Digital or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Qamrah technology to you.

Legal requests

For legal, privacy, support, or account requests, contact support@qamrah.co. These terms are intended to be governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to review and any mandatory rules that apply.
