Privacy Policy

This page explains how Qamrah Digital collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information for the Qamrah website, app, invite pages, RSVP links, messaging, and guest check-in features.

Last updated: July 6, 2026

This policy is written to explain Qamrah's product-specific data practices. It may be updated as Qamrah develops or legal requirements change. For privacy requests, contact support@qamrah.co.

Who this policy covers

This policy covers account holders, hosts, co-hosts, invitees, guests, people whose contact details are added to an event, website visitors, support contacts, and business inquiries.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Qamrah, we may collect account details, phone verification records, event information, invite page settings, uploaded invite media, guest names and phone numbers, private invite notes, RSVP activity, QR check-in status, message delivery records, payment order records, support messages, device/browser information, security logs, and usage data needed to provide the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify phone numbers, create and host invite pages, send approved WhatsApp/SMS invitation messages where available, track delivery and RSVP status, assign co-host invite pools and message credits, process purchases, support users, prevent fraud or abuse, improve reliability, and meet legal, accounting, tax, compliance, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Host, co-host, and guest privacy

Qamrah is designed so invite work can be delegated without exposing every guest list. The event host controls the event and shared invite page. A co-host can manage the invites, messages, RSVP responses, delivery failures, and message credits assigned to them. A co-host cannot view the main host's invite list, guest phone numbers, private notes, or per-invite details. The host may see aggregate counts across co-host pools, but not co-host recipient names, phone numbers, or private per-invite details.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We share limited information only when needed to provide, secure, support, pay for, or legally operate Qamrah. This may include messaging providers, payment providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics and diagnostics tools, customer support tools, app platforms, map/calendar services, professional advisers, and government or legal authorities when required or permitted by law.

Contacts and invitees

Hosts and co-hosts are responsible for making sure they have an appropriate reason or permission to add contact details and send invitations. If you received an invitation through Qamrah and want your information removed or corrected, contact us with the invite link or phone number used for the invitation so we can locate the relevant record.

Payments

When you purchase message credits or Premium invite pages, we may process order details such as product purchased, amount, currency, package snapshot, payment order status, provider invoice reference, and fulfillment records. Payment providers may process payment details under their own terms and privacy notices. Qamrah should not receive or store full card details when checkout is handled by an external payment provider.

Retention and deletion

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining event records for hosts, resolving support issues, preventing abuse, meeting legal/accounting requirements, and handling disputes. Deleted data may remain in backups for a limited period before scheduled deletion.

Your rights and requests

You may contact support@qamrah.co to request access, correction, deletion or destruction where applicable, a copy of your personal information where applicable, withdrawal of consent where processing depends on consent, or to ask a privacy question or make a complaint. We may need information from you to verify and locate the relevant account, invite, or guest record.

International processing

Qamrah Digital is based in Saudi Arabia. Some service providers may process or store information in other countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps intended to protect it and handle it in accordance with applicable law.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted transport, session security, provider safeguards, audit-friendly records, and least-privilege operational access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect the information entrusted to Qamrah.

Children and family events

Qamrah is intended for use by adults organizing events. Hosts may add guest information for family events, but they are responsible for having the right to provide that information. We do not knowingly create accounts for children below the age allowed by applicable law.
